Kalp

Kalp is a conceptual handicrafts studio rooted in Madhya Pradesh. The brief was to design a website that feels as handcrafted as the products it sells, one that lets users browse and purchase while staying connected to the warmth of the brand. The color palette anchors this identity mud brown (#614128) to evoke soil and craft, paired with khadi white (#F8F8F8) for a clean, grounded finish.

The design leans into warmth , earthy tones, generous whitespace, and a layout that lets the craftsmanship breathe. Typography was chosen to feel both contemporary and rooted, avoiding anything too clinical or corporate. The overall aesthetic draws a quiet parallel between the handmade nature of the products and the care put into the interface itself nothing feels mass-produced, everything feels considered.

Wrap up project

The result is a website that doesn't just sell handicrafts , it communicates the soul behind them. Every design decision, from typography to color, was made to reflect the earthy, artisanal spirit of Kalp while keeping the user experience intuitive and welcoming.
